We are a Philadelphia trial firm built around one idea: a catastrophic injury case is won by the side that understands it best.

So we staffed for understanding. Our founding partners are trial lawyers who have resolved roughly one hundred cases at a million dollars or more, and who prepare every case to be tried, not just settled. A practicing physician with thirty years in internal medicine reads the medical records himself and tells the partners what the medicine actually shows. And our research team verifies every statement of law we rely on against the official published text, word for word, and it maintains its own map of how Pennsylvania court decisions cite, support, and limit one another, so we know whether a ruling still holds before we build on it.

We keep the docket deliberately small. The hardest catastrophic-injury and malpractice cases get all of that, on every case. For our clients, we are the team behind you every step of the way.

01

Personalized care and attention

From the first call, your case belongs to trial lawyers who have stood in front of juries and won, at a firm that knows your name and your file.

02

A sophisticated team for the most complicated cases

Our own physician reads the medicine. Our own scientist runs the evidence systems. The subspecialty experts, investigators, and life-care planners your case needs are retained early, not after filing.

03

Prepared to win at trial

Insurers know which firms actually pick juries and which ones fold. Every case we accept is built to be tried, and the other side knows it. That is what moves a carrier to pay what a case is really worth.

04

We get accountability and justice

Holding the people and companies who caused your injury accountable is how the law makes things right, and some of our largest recoveries came from cases other firms turned down. If you were told you have no case, call us before you give up.

Practice areas.

We take on every kind of serious injury case, including the ones that don't fit a category. The areas below are where we work most often. They are not the limits of what we handle.

How it works

Three steps to a straight answer.

  1. Tell us what happened.

Free, with no obligation. Call us, or send your story through the contact form.

  2. Attorney review.

An attorney evaluates what happened, who is responsible, and what the evidence can prove.

  3. We tell you straight.

If we take your case, we explain how we would build it. If we are not the right firm for it, we say so, explain why, and point you toward someone who can help.

The questions people actually ask.

Straight answers, before you ever sign anything.

How much does it cost to hire you?

Nothing. The consultation is free, and we work on a contingency fee: there is no attorney's fee unless we win for you. We also front the costs of building your case, and if we do not win, you owe us nothing.

Is it too late to call if my accident was a while ago?

Maybe not. But every claim has a deadline (the statute of limitations), and it varies by the type of case and the state. The honest answer is to call now so we can check the clock on your specific situation. Waiting only ever hurts.

What if I was partly at fault?

You can often still recover. In Pennsylvania, you can pursue a claim even when you share some of the blame, as long as you were not more at fault than the other side. If your injury happened in another state, that state’s rule applies and we check it at the consultation. Insurers love to overstate your share. Let us look at the facts first.

How long does a case like mine take?

It depends on the injury, the defendant, and whether they deal fairly. Some cases settle in months; cases that go to trial can take longer. We tell you a realistic timeline at the start, and we do not stall a fair resolution to run up the clock.

Do I have to go to court?

Most cases resolve without a trial. But we prepare every case as if it is going to a jury, and the other side knows it. That readiness is exactly what tends to produce a fair settlement.
